The commercial sexual exploitation of children is a global problem and one that impacts children in THIS community.

Crime Victim Assistance Center’s Safe Harbour Program works with partners across Broome County to promote awareness & identification of youth trafficking, and provides comprehensive services to potential victims of commercial sexual exploitation.  Our services are growing on a daily basis and we are currently looking for partners in the community to help us succeed in our goal of keeping children safe.

Youth Services

We can provide support obtaining medical care, financial assistance, counseling, case management services, referrals for safe housing, advocacy, and basic care needs.

Education & Outreach

Call CVAC to schedule training around commercial sexual exploitation of youth, and the services of our Safe Harbor program for you school or professional organization. Each training is tailored for your audience and can be designed to meet your needs.

CVAC leads a community based task force, which meets once a month, in order to coordinate service, discuss reporting, and work together as a county.
